Your engineering team has proposed a technical design that you don’t agree with. How do you go about figuring the best path forward?

While answering this question you have to be a welcoming person who is ready to accept the feedback or suggestions from everyone around. You can’t say direct NO to anyone for this kinda situation.

Example: I will consider the design that the team has shared with me and will compare that design with the client requirements. If everything will get achieved with that design from all the perspectives then obviously, I will go ahead with that design; even if some other design is in my mind, I will follow what the team has suggested.
