If a customer picked up their drink, took a sip, and became visibly unhappy, but didn’t approach an employee about it, what would you do?
If I found that the customer is not happy with the drink they ordered, I would approach the customer and confirm if he or she is not liking the drink. Then I will talk to them and understand their taste and expectation with this drink and make the new drink according to the inputs shared by them. Doing this will build trust with us and makes the customer happy again!
