How do you treat candidates who do not get the job?
As you must be aware that the recruiters get the incentives based on requirements they have closed and on/before time. In this race, some people forgot to provide a great experience to the candidate who didn’t get selected for the job. This approach can have a huge impact on a company’s culture and hiring values. So, it is highly recommended to answer this question calmly and tell the interviewer that you will give the best experience to all the candidates whether or not they will be selected.
