What is your approach to discipline and motivation for students?

To handle discipline and motivate them are some of the important factors which every school leader must do, and there are some approaches for doing that:-

• Building Relationship:- Days are gone when you punish them for not being disciplined, but building relationships with the students help.
• Give Rewards:- They love getting rewarded because a reward is quite motivating no matter how old they are. Learn their interests and reward them accordingly.
• Create Consistency:- Make them clear about your expectations for behaviour in class.
• Create a learning environment:- Make them feel comfortable and let them know each one of them is important. Explain to them your research field to make them motivated.
