If you see that your coworker is breaching the safety measure or the company's policy, what would you do?

"I will first approach to talk to the coworker and stop him/her from doing further damage. If my coworker makes the same mistake another time in the future, then I will pass the information to the supervisor. Also, If my colleague performs the activity which threatens the safety of people and property, then I will complain to the management instantly."
