A student nearly spends an average of 10 years in a school, so those years must be productive. Involving students in this process encourage their growth, and that can be done in the following ways.

• Involve them directly in activities like school sit council, special task force, or instructional leadership team.
• Set up activities that are only for them, such as peer mediation groups or student advisory boards.
