AJAX full form is Asynchronous JavaScript and XML. The file format that is used is JavaScript and the extension of the file is dot JS. The benefit of using ajax on a website is it helps to retrieve the data without disturbing the display and main content of the page. It was first introduced in March 1999. Ajax uses a group of technology rather than a single technology. AJAX is influenced by JavaScript and XML. It is used in many web technologies on the client-side to create asynchronous web applications. With the use of AJAX, it is possible to update some parts of the web page without reloading the whole page.
