10. Describe your approach to planning a complex itinerary.

Planning a complex itinerary comes with experience. You have to be ready for any random requests made by clients thus there are several things a travel agent should be familiar with. These things include an in-depth knowledge of geography and maps. The understanding of different places on maps is important if there is an urgent demand by the client of connecting two places. The second thing which would help you is the understanding of time zones and Airport transit times which makes flight timing and journey hustle free. By knowing how much the duration of the flight is, you can plan the day for your clients. The third thing is the knowledge of global monetary currency. Dealing with different currencies is a must to understand the true airport flight fare charges.
