Answer

I have done plenty of night shifts in the past, and hence I manage to get an uninterrupted 8 hours day sleep so that I can function well at night." If you are a fresher or you don't have any experience of working at night shifts, then reply in a decent way, which shows your maturity and dedication towards the jobs.

  • All the things or products to be removed from their original place.
  • Remove the dust and then sweep the entire area.
  • Bathtub, shower, etc. should be cleaned with the solution or cleaner.
  • Spray the cleaner on other surfaces as well, such as mirror tiles.
  • Clean the toilet
  • Mop the floor

Q15. How would you handle a situation where your client uses abusive language?

In such a situation, you have to show your level of patience to the interviewer. A good reply would be: I will ask the client to calm down in a respectful manner and will explain that I want to solve the problem and am equally concerned about it.

Q16. During cleaning, what would you do if you notice that there is a problem, and that requires significant repairing work?

I will report to the supervisor or management as it is a part of my duty to notify the superiors if I see any damage or notice any form of repair needed in the building. Being a Janitor, if I discover a problem that requires extensive repair, I will follow the company's protocol and act accordingly. I will inform the supervisor and do a quick fix if possible; if there is an exigency.
