Q1. Share an example of how you’ve been able to motivate team members.

This question gives you the chance to come into the limelight. If you have any real example of yours where you have motivated other team members, then share it with the expressions. If you have been motivated by someone else in the past, then share that example and make their story yours.

Q2. Give an example of how you’ve dealt with a conflict with another person.

Q3. Why have you applied for this internship?

Q5. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Answer

Your strengths should fall in these categories, pick two or three and elaborate it with real-life examples: Team player, Workaholic, Creativity, Multitasking, Good communication skills, Good social skills, Honesty, Dedication, Problem solver, Initiative taker, Good writer, Respect for all, etc. Never say you don't have any weaknesses. This will display amateur and arrogant behavior. Everybody has weaknesses but it's important to display them in such a way that should not hinder your selection.

Sir, I take a moment to analyze different tasks altogether. Tasks that need urgent attention are my priority. Then comes the tasks which have time but are important. After that, I do the tasks which need little attention. In all this, I am flexible enough to perform short tasks when needed in between these priority tasks.

Pick up the instance of your life or a college project that will display at least 2 - 3 strengths of yours. Even if you have taken help from your friend or teacher, don't be afraid to tell it.

Q8. What do you do when your schedule is interrupted? Give an example of how you handle this.

Sir interruptions are part of life. Whether it's an urgent phone call or friends asking for hanging out or a family visit. To avoid this I make sure to do all the important tasks early. For example: During my project delivery in college, I spend 30-40 minutes every day in the 6 months duration to avoid last-minute delay. As a result, I submit my result and presentation in a given time frame and get praised by my teacher for it.

Q9. What’s the coolest project you’ve worked on?
Answer

Explain a challenging project of yours in detail. It could be your college project, part-time job project, or project you built through self-learning. The project should be creative, fun, big, related to your field, and should display your excitement with it.

Q10. How do you measure success for this internship?
Answer

Anything which I will learn here other than my studies will be fruitful for my future. The greater the experience I gain, the more successful I will become.
