The answer to this question is all depends on the experience that you had with this company.

If you say YES, then it will express the success of the company. That they actually deserve; if they have helped you in gaining and learning new skills. Then you can tell them, I have learned a lot from this company (mention skills and areas that you have developed), and I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

If you say NO, then it will lead to the failure, and the interviewer wants to know the reason behind it; so that they can improve themselves in those areas if required. You have to be honest while giving the feedback, but make sure you are not getting personal. You have to maintain the right balance between your personal and professional reasons.

Note: This is one of the standard exit interview questions that has been asked by many employers. So this is highly recommended that you should get prepared for this beforehand.
