Why are you leaving your current position?

You have to be careful while answering this question as here the interviewer is interested in knowing the reason behind leaving your current job. You will be judged when you say that you get bored, or have some conflicts with the teammates or seniors. So please don’t use these negative words in your answer instead focus on appreciating the new opportunity that gives you the chance to upskill yourself. In the end, you can mention your conflicts in a sarcastic way so that you will not get judged.
