My desire to become a police officer was inspired by a variety of factors. I reckon and believe that the job of a police officer is to help people with their emergency needs. I think there are a couple of things that inspired a police officer to take this on-demand job seriously.

  • Opportunity to help people: A police officer often confronts people who are constantly engaging in criminal activities and helps people to stop crime rates.
  • Want to help others: A police officer is often on the front lines of trauma and pain. They also help people when situations go beyond their control.
  • Communication skills: Police officers generally interact with people from different backgrounds. This will help them to continue exchanging effective communication that is needed.
  • Deep understanding of the law: A police officer must have good problem-solving skills, excellent logic and reasoning skills, and, more importantly, an understanding of the law. Conflict resolution and confidence communication are both certifications of a disciplined and tough police officer.
