What do you like about your current role?

This question is asked to know about the reason that makes you work in this company for the coming number of years. Use this question to:

• Tell them your loyalty and sincerity towards the company
• It is a good idea to tell them any emotional attachment that you have with this company. Sharing a live instance will add the bonus point here.
• You need to talk more about the company’s culture and objectives though the interviewer is very much aware of it; he or she is more interested to know your viewpoints on the same.
