You need a deep introspection to answer this question. The easiest thing to do is to make a list of the items in which you are right and the things that fill your heart with fear. One thing to remember is that your strengths should be positive that improves the lives of others. For example, if you are tall, telling that you are tall has less impact on others, but if you say you are an eloquent speaker and you have participates in many debates, this skill resembles that you can easily convey your message to anyone. Similarly, your weaknesses should be the one which can be improved later on. For example, if you don't know swimming tell them because it can be learned during the training period.
