What are the HTTP and the HTTPS protocol?

HTTP means HyperText Transfer Protocol that establishes a communication system to transfer the data from the server to the client. HTTPS stands for HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure is the extended version of HTTP which is secure. The data in HTTPS is encrypted and secured during transmissions.
