While answering this question you have to be very gentle. If you have ever helped in resolving anyone’s dispute, share it with the interviewer with a calm attitude and try to describe your every point very well. Even in case you haven’t resolved any, you can take the example of another, or you must have seen anyone in your team or others doing the same; if you appreciate that you can claim it as yours. And add your viewpoints to completely own this; no one is going to cross-check that.
