The recruitment team isn't interested about how bad your suffering was in the previous company. What they are interested in seeing is the tone of your voice and the attitude in which you give your answer. It's recommended not to talk bad about a company or share bad experiences. Put a genuine reason in front of them. Example: Sir there was a time when I felt unfit for the previous company as there was no room for learning anymore. The company and the staff were good and I loved working with them. But there were no challenges left for me to address. So I decided to leave.
