• Be their Support System:- Sometimes, being a friend and offering support help them.
• Share Strategies:- You can have one-to-one conversations with them and share some ideas like sharing books you have read or some blogs etc.
• Opt Open Door Facility:- Make your staff realize that you care for them, and they can walk into your room whenever they want.
• Monitor their Progress:- Monitor their progress regularly and appreciate them if they are improving.
• Take Action:- Sometimes, but strictness is a must to get them on track. If they are not improving, tell them the consequences they have to face.
