How to handle stress pressure and anxiety at work?
I would first acknowledge and detect the source of stress at the workplace, and they know the reason behind it. In between this procedure, establishing boundaries with the elements and the entities which would irritate me will also work. Recharging and learning the strategy of relaxing and fixing the issues is the next step. After the tracking of the stressors, developing healthy responses towards it and finding the way outs is the perfect strategy to follow. Exercising regularly and managing a proper diet are the two main steps to be followed.
