How do you manage office communications in a secure way?
I will ensure not to share the information with the people they do not belong to. I will only share the details with them if they were supposed to know about it and this decision I can take on the basis of the company’s guidelines, or I can also reach out to my superiors for their suggestions.
I will keep an expert and cheerful behavior, still firm manner consistently.
