How do you maintain a passenger’s satisfaction?
There are a few ways I can maintain passenger satisfaction. My strategy is to offer passengers their standard services throughout their flight. After I gave those, I waited half an hour, and then I asked each passenger if they needed anything else. If they did, I provided them with information about their question. Once, a passenger thanked me and adored me for my service to a cozy flight by being awake and alert about their needs.
