The most important skill required here is “listening”. Always remember in this situation, make sure you are listening to the client or boss’s aspects regarding the problem. Then, write down each and everything and build your rapport. This will help you in finding the differences between what you are thinking and what the client is asking for. Later that, you can share your points with the client or boss.
