During my last job, we completed a project before the given timeline, but the sponsor added some changes just a few days before the release date. We had to implement those changes and validate them in the same given timeline. I stayed longer than the complete week as no one is in favor to stay late at the office and successfully implemented those changes in the current software and received a lot of appreciation from my manager and sponsor.
