Explain the difference between Smart work and hard work?

Smart work is doing work more effectively, in a faster and optimized manner as compared to the work which we do with hard work. Giving more efforts in any task without thinking of the availability of any smart tricks is hard work and playing some way outs for the same problem and saving time and efforts is quick work.
