Explain how you can handle annoyed visitors or clientele?
Rather than arguing with them, the best approach, in my opinion, would be:
- Firstly, I will listen to the problem by staying calmly.
- Secondly, I will work on finding the resolution for their problem. If this can be done at my end, that will be great; otherwise, I will ask my superior for help.
