- First Greet Customer
- Then introduce yourself to him/her.
- Ask the customer about how an agent can be helpful.
- Listen to the customer calmly.
- Try to help the customer in every possible way.
- Cross check if the customer is satisfied with your solution or not
- Make sure whether the customer needs further help.
